Can my parcel be delivered to a Packstation or Paketshop?

DHL Packstation

Packstationen are part of DHL's own network and only accept shipments sent via DHL. Since we ship with other carriers (UPS, DPD, etc.), they simply don't have access to that network, so delivery there isn't possible.

DPD Paketshop & UPS Access Points

Delivery to a DPD Paketshop or UPS Access Point is possible.

Here's how to set it up:

  1. When placing your order, enter the Paketshop's address as well as your full name.
  2. Check the Paketshop's opening hours in advance.
  3. Make sure to pick up your parcel on the day of delivery.
If pickup happens only on the following day, we unfortunately cannot cover any resulting damage.

With all other carriers (e.g. Logitrax for deliveries in Berlin or Leen Menken), delivery to a Paketshop is not possible.
