How can I change my delivery address?

Here's how to easily update your delivery address:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the menu bar, go to your name and select Settings.
  3. Click Edit next to Addresses.
  4. Change the address as needed and check it for completeness!
  5. Save the change.


Please note:

  • Street name and house number go in address line 1. Additional details such as door number, staircase, or floor go in address line 2.
  • Delivery to parcel lockers or similar pick-up stations is not possible.
    No compensation is given if a delivery to such an address is chosen and it affects the condition of the goods.
  • To change the address, your subscription must be active. If it's currently paused, please reactivate it first.

Deadline for changes

  • Orders are activated a few days before the delivery date, and payment is triggered automatically.
  • Please note that changes to your subscription must be made no later than 3 days before your next scheduled delivery date. If Monday is your chosen delivery day (availability varies by delivery country), all changes must be made and saved by the Thursday before at the latest.

The reason: payment and activation of your order take place 2–3 days before the scheduled delivery date. Once an order has been activated, the address can no longer be changed – and from that point on, the order can also no longer be canceled or refunded.


What happens if I miss the deadline?

Once your order has been activated or dispatched, we're no longer able to change the delivery address. Not through your account, not through the courier, and not through our customer service.
