How can I pause my every subscription?

Going on a trip or just need a break? No problem! You can easily pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months.

How to pause your subscription:

1. Log in to your account.
2. In the menu bar, go to your name and click on Settings.
3. Scroll to the Subscription Status section and click on Edit.
4. Select the option Pause subscription and choose how long the pause should last.

You'll receive a notification in time before your subscription is automatically reactivated.

Good to know:

• You can reactivate a paused or cancelled subscription at any time.
• Orders that have already been triggered are not affected by the pause and will be delivered as planned.
• Please note that changes to your subscription must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery date. If Monday is the chosen delivery day (availability varies by delivery country), all changes must be made and saved by the Thursday before.
