How do I cancel my every subscription?

You can end your subscription yourself at any time, in just a few clicks directly in your account.

Just need a break?

If you only need some time off, you can also pause your subscription temporarily. That way your saved discounts stay in place, and you can jump back in whenever you like.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings in the menu bar on the right.
3. Click the pencil icon next to Status.
4. Select Pause subscription and choose how long.

How to cancel your subscription

2. Go to Settings in the menu bar on the right.
3. Click the pencil icon next to Status.
4. Select Cancel subscription and follow the steps in the cancellation process.

Alternatively, you can use the form for your country: 

• Germany and Austria, 
• Switzerland or 
• Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Good to know

• Paused subscription: If your subscription is currently paused, reactivate it first, then you can cancel it.
• Discounts: When you cancel, all saved discounts and benefits expire permanently. When you pause, they stay in place.
• Orders already triggered: These will still be delivered and can no longer be cancelled.
• Your account stays active: You can reactivate your subscription at any time.
