What do I need to consider if I have allergies or specific dietary requirements?

Allergies and personal dietary requirements

We want to help you make an informed decision. That's why you'll find a complete list of all ingredients and nutritional values for each dish in the shop. If you have individual allergies or specific dietary needs, we recommend consulting with your trusted medical professionals to ensure our dishes meet your personal requirements.

Allergens

We work carefully; however, cross-contamination with common allergens such as nuts cannot be completely ruled out.

Gluten and coeliac disease

Some recipes don't contain any gluten; however, possible cross-contamination cannot be ruled out here either. We therefore cannot recommend our dishes to people with coeliac disease.

If you'd like to reduce your gluten intake, our gluten-free recipes are a great option. However, they are not suitable for people who must follow a strictly gluten-free diet.

Histamine

The topic of histamine is complex, as there is no legal food classification for when a food is considered low in histamine. All our products are plant-based. Vegan foods are generally recommended in a low-histamine diet, but there are exceptions — such as soy sauce, banana, pineapple, spinach, tomatoes, citrus fruits and soy.

How sensitive someone is to histamine can be discovered by observing one's own eating habits, as the tolerated amount varies individually and can depend on many factors.
