How do I prepare an every meal?

Our meals are incredibly easy to prepare and often ready in under 10 minutes. Even without any cooking experience, you'll be able to prepare our dishes quickly and easily.

Our meals are designed as a complete meal for one person and portioned accordingly. The portion size of one bag is generally intended for one person. If you're not very hungry, you can also split the dish into two meals or conjure up two portions from it with a few extra ingredients.

Preparing the every Bowl

In a pan (recommended)
Add the frozen contents of your every Bowl to a preheated pan. Heat at high temperature for about 8–10 minutes until all ingredients are thoroughly heated through. Depending on the dish and stove, preparation time may vary slightly. Exact instructions can be found on the packaging of your dish. Stir regularly to prevent burning.

In the microwave
Transfer the frozen contents into a microwave-safe container and heat for 7–8 minutes at 800 W. Stir occasionally.

In the air fryer
We don't yet have any experience with preparation in an air fryer or heatable lunchboxes. However, if you'd like to try it out, we'd love for you to share your experience with us.

Note: The calories stated on the packaging do not include the calories from the recommended amount of oil for preparation.
