How can I change the delivery date of the next order?

You can check at any time in your account when your next delivery is coming and whether it's already on its way.


View next planned delivery

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the top right next to the calendar icon you can see the next planned delivery date.
  3. If no date is shown there, your subscription is currently not active. Reactivate it first.


Track current delivery

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the menu, go to your name in the top right and click on Track delivery.
  3. Enter your order number and postcode.

Want to adjust your next delivery date?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the calendar icon in the top right of the navigation.
  3. You can either postpone the delivery by 2 or 4 weeks, or choose a new individual date.

Note:

Please note that changes to the subscription must be made at least 3 days before the next planned delivery date. If Monday is the chosen delivery day (availability varies by delivery country), all changes must have been made and saved by the previous Thursday at the latest.
