How do I redeem discount codes or gift cards?

You can easily redeem discount codes in your account. Please make sure to check the specific conditions before using a code.

Please note: It is not possible to use more than one discount code per order.

How it works

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to My subscription and scroll down to Redeem your discounts.
3. Enter the discount code in the designated field.
4. The discount will be automatically applied to your next eligible order.

Important

• Discounts and vouchers cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been triggered.
• Please pay attention to the discount conditions, such as minimum order value, validity, and whether the code applies to subscription orders.

Have you received one or more gift vouchers (every Gift Card)? Please get in touch with our customer service team. We’d be happy to convert the gift voucher into a discount code, which can then be redeemed on your subscription.
